This will allow for you to make changes on what is shown on the Mobile App after you tap on a PNM.
The tags below represent the tags shared by all selected Pnms. Any additions or removals will be reflected across all selected Pnms.
Press ENTER or the COMMA key to add a tag, and press DONE to save changes.
This may be caused by a large number of concurrent vote casts or a large amount of recalculation work.
Sometimes this can happen if your session has expired. In that case, please try logging out and logging back in. If the problem persists, please contact support.
The "Search" and "Sort" boxes on top of the PNM List can help you organize PNMs.
The Search box helps find specific PNMs or groups of PNMs.
Search queries are not case sensitive.
You can separate search terms by the word "and" in order to stack the searches (this can also be achieved with a comma [,] or two ampersands [&&]).
For example: "active and party == 1" searches for all PNMs who are both Active and in Party 1.
You can separate search terms by the word "or" to search for multiple values (this can also be achieved with a plus sign [+], or two vertical bars [||]).
For example: "freshman or sophomore" shows PNMs who are either a freshman or sophomore.
You can search a specific field by using the word "contains". This can also be achieved with two equal signs (==). You can also exclude specified values
by using the words "does not contain", "!contains" or a bang followed by an equal sign (!=).
For example: "tags contains concern" shows PNMs who have a tag value that contains "concern".
You can group statements together with parentheses.
For example: "active and (freshman or sophomore)" shows PNMs who are active and either a freshman or a sophomore. However, "(active and freshman) or sophomore" shows PNMs
who are either active and freshman or a sophomore with any status.
You can test numbers with the words "greater than", "less than", or the standard operators (>, <, >=, <=).
For example: "overall vote greater than 3" shows PNMs who have an overall vote greater than 3. Also, "overall num >= 30" shows PNMs who have more than 30 or more votes overall.
These can be combined to form very specific and powerful filters.
For example, the search, "active and party == 1 and (freshman or sophomore) and overall vote > 3.3 and hometown == grapevine", would show only PNMs that are active AND in party 1 AND are a (freshman OR sophomore) AND have a score above 3.3 AND who have "grapevine" in their hometown field.
Type the name of any column. Sorting will take place in ascending order.
To sort by multiple columns, separate the sorting parameters by a comma. To sort in a specific order, follow the column name with the order (e.g., asc, desc).
To take the top N elements, use the top keyword (e.g., "top 30"). To skip N elements, use the skip keyword (e.g., "skip 10").

This process will not overwrite any of the PNMs you have already imported: new PNMs since the last time you imported will simply be added to your list.
This brief help walkthrough will assist you in uploading PNMs into OmegaRecruit.
You will first need to obtain a list of all of the PNMs attending recruitment. This list of PNMs should be obtained by using the export or save function in either ICS or Campus Director. After opening this spreadsheet, it will look something like the image below. You may need to edit Headers to match the accepted column headers for the system (see below). Make sure there is no special formatting in your file; only use plain text. Otherwise, it can affect the upload’s success.
Your excel spreadsheet will look like the image below.
Acceptable column headers (MUST MATCH EXACTLY):
The file MUST be saved as an  Excel 97-2003 Workbook (XLS) file  in order to upload successfully.
Click the choose file button and select the file you just saved on your computer.
Upload a new PNM Party spreadsheet.
File must be less than 10 MB and an Excel spreadsheet (.xls/.xlsx extension).

Use the list and search box below to view comments on PNMs. Click on the PNM's name to view your Members' comments on them for each round. If a PNM does not have any comments yet, they will not appear in the list.
The matching feature is not a core functionality of OmegaRecruit. Your chapter can still conduct voting without ever using the matching feature. If you would like to use the matching feature, please click on the help button and watch the video tutorial.
